Better than the cover

Looking at the cover I wouldn't have picked up the book except that I am hooked on Love Inspired Suspense and the Texas Ranger Justice series. It was fast paced, realistic, believable and entertaining. I really related to the love them and maybe lose them or be afraid to love them and lose them anyway theme. While the ending was predictable, as usual, I still thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It was almost too quick a read because I couldn't put it down. More please?

A thrilling tale

This Love Inspired Suspense is a fast paced mystery about two people who are paired to find drug traffickers on the Mexican border. To add to the suspense, they fall in love and find a mutual desire to not only catch criminals in a town where everyone is suspect, but protect each other (in a fiercer than usual manner). They are surprised when they discover who is behind the smuggling and how it is accomplished - and I think you will be too, so I recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good mystery with a love interest.

Threat of Exposure

Most of Lynette Eason's books take place with characters from the east coast. This was a refreshing change of location. Character development was excellent as usual in her books. I really like the way her characters grow spiritually through out the story.
